Amy Cell hosts March's Professional Development Event with a talk on project management

On Thursday, March 22nd, miLEAD welcomed recurring guest speaker Amy Cell to host the March Professional Development Event by giving a talk titled “Project management and consulting: training and skills needed to succeed in these roles.” Amy’s talk provided perspective on how to be a successful project manager with insights into how to encourage cohesive teamwork, how to best interface with clients, and what truly goes into creating a strong team. Once again, Amy’s talk was beyond our expectations and we look forward to hopefully having her return to host another event in the near future.
