OUR MOTIVATION
Black, Indigenous, and people of color (BIPOC), women, LGBTQ+ are underrepresented in consulting firms and science industry careers. McKinsey & Company reports that companies in the top quartile for racial and ethnic diversity are 35% more likely to have financial returns above their respective national industry medians. Companies in the top quartile for gender diversity were 21% more likely to perform better than their peers on profitability, market share and productivity.
